Meet Lachel..

Lachel Jackson, born Shatara Jackson, is a native from central Tx. She is a proud mother of three, also a glam ma to three wonderful grandkids. She enjoys writing, reading, cooking, and is a Die-Hard Dallas Cowboy Fan!

Lachel is the youngest of five siblings, she spent a lot of time alone with her thoughts as a child, which is how she found her love for writing. She started out with writing poems in grade school, and by the time she was in Junior High she was writing short stories.

Fictional creative writing has always been her first love, when her youngest child left home for college, she finally took the time to write and self-published her first book in 2020, Hot Ghetto Mess.
